Hi Everyone:
Everything is ok. Oddly enough, the sky in Laguna is getting reddish and the air quality around my house is getting better. So we're packing up and heading back to Escondido. Route 5 at Camp Pendleton was closed over night. It's now open Southbound only. We'll be leaving as soon as I can get this group mobile. Given my experience over the last few days, I estimate that to be another 3 hours.

Good to hear that all is well with you. When watching it unfold on the news, it looks pretty bad. The death toll so far is 7 (may have crept up), and the property damage in the billions. What a tragedy. I hope the insurance companies are responsive and make this an easy process given the circumstance.
